How KNH INVEST s.r.o. handles X2Disk website enquiries, email correspondence and technical protection data.

This notice covers x2disk.com and the X2Disk Professional presentation at x2disk.pro. It does not cover a future customer storage account. For privacy requests, use our contact form, call +421 948 751 843, or write to our registered address.
We use your email address and message to answer your request and clarify your requirements. Your name is optional. Providing these details is voluntary, but we cannot handle an enquiry through the form without an email address and message. Please do not include passwords, access keys or sensitive personal information. There are no attachments. Registering your interest does not create an account, place an order or subscribe you to marketing.
Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other relevant enquiries, including communication on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests under Article 6(1)(f). Protecting the website and form against abuse is also a legitimate interest. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. A consent checkbox is not required for this enquiry service.
Authorised people at KNH INVEST s.r.o. receive and handle enquiries. The form passes through our web server and is delivered by email to our company mailbox at FORPSI. A copy is also forwarded to our company-operated Gmail mailbox, provided by Google, where authorised people can read and handle the enquiry. The contact gateway has no message database and does not write message bodies or email addresses to its application logs. Email messages are retained in the mailbox and may be included in backups. We do not use advertising services or AI to evaluate enquiries.
We keep your enquiry while it is being handled and delete it from our active correspondence no later than 365 days after it is closed. The company operator performs deletion manually, including relevant sent messages, trash, copies in Gmail and any company-managed exports. Our email providers manage their own recovery copies separately. We have not confirmed the exact period for which a deleted message may remain in those provider-managed copies, so we do not promise that they are erased on the same date. If correspondence becomes part of a contract or must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific legal claim, the relevant records are kept separately for the applicable purpose and period. Unnecessary copies are deleted. You can request erasure, subject to the conditions under GDPR.
The website uses HTTPS and does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or embedded third-party content. To limit abuse, the contact gateway temporarily processes an IP-address fingerprint, a fingerprint of the email address and message, request counts and timestamps in memory. These fingerprints are personal data safeguards, not a claim of anonymity. They expire after their protection windows and are cleared when the service restarts. Website access logging is disabled for these presentation sites. Necessary infrastructure error and security records are managed separately under server log rotation and backup settings. These records are not used for advertising. The presentation does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that period. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or another competent supervisory authority.
